The enquiry form
The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your name, email address or message to Big Tree Charcoal when you prepare the draft. You choose whether to open your email app or copy the draft, and you must send the message yourself.
The website does not save your form entries to a customer database or to browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page clears them.
If you email us
Your message and contact details are received by Big Tree Charcoal using its email service. They are used to respond to your enquiry and arrange any order you choose to place. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information.
Website hosting
This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure the site. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or newsletter sign-ups to this website.
